Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
HomeFix Squad (“we”, “us”) is an appliance repair service based at 2529 S Sierra Vista Ave, Fresno, CA 93725. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Booking form. When you request a repair, we ask for your name, email address, ZIP code, the appliance that needs service and a preferred date. You may also give us a phone number and describe the problem. Please do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in the form.
ZIP code checker. The service-area checker runs entirely in your browser. The ZIP code you type there is not sent to us.
Email, phone and texts. If you email, call or text us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, address and information about your appliance.
Service records. When we visit, we keep records of the service address, the appliance, the diagnosis, quotes, the work done and payments, as needed to run our business and meet legal and tax obligations.
Payments. We do not take payments through this website and do not collect card details online.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to reply to your request, schedule, confirm or reschedule visits, diagnose the problem, give you a quote, carry out and follow up on repairs, handle warranty or refund questions, and keep the records our business needs. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
3. How booking requests are processed
When you press “Send repair request”, the details you entered are sent securely from your browser to our website, which emails them straight to our business inbox at support@homefixsquad.com. The website does not keep a copy of your request after the email is sent. If the email cannot be sent, the website tells you so and nothing is stored.
4. Service providers we use
We use a small number of providers who handle information only to provide their service to us:
- Website hosting. Our hosting provider delivers this website and passes booking requests to our email provider. Like any web host, it receives technical request information (see section 6).
- Email. Our business email is provided by Namecheap (Private Email). Booking requests and emails you send us are stored in that mailbox.
- Phone. Calls and texts are handled by our phone service provider.
This website does not load analytics, advertising tags, chat widgets, fonts or images from other companies. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
5. Cookies, tracking and advertising
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tracking (such as pixels or conversion tags). Our hosting provider automatically receives technical information with each page request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, which it uses to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We may advertise on Microsoft Advertising (Bing). If you reach us by clicking an ad, Microsoft may add a click identifier to the web address. Our website does not read, store or send that identifier anywhere. How Microsoft handles ad clicks on its own services is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement. See our Cookie Policy for details. If we ever add tracking, we will update these policies first.
6. How long we keep it
We keep booking requests and customer records only as long as we need them to provide our services, handle warranty and refund questions, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify the request and respond within the time required by law.
8. Security and children
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, and the website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our services are for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
