3. Prices and estimates

We tell you the diagnostic fee when we schedule your visit. The price of a repair is quoted after diagnosis and depends on the appliance, the fault and any parts needed. No repair work begins until you approve the quote.

4. Appointment confirmation

Sending a request through this website, by email or by phone does not book a visit. Your appointment is confirmed only when we contact you and agree a date and time. Preferred dates depend on technician availability, your location and parts. The ZIP code checker shows whether a ZIP code is in our service area; coverage for your address is confirmed when we schedule your visit.
